"Still no sign of my refund"
I’m still in limbo waiting for my refund. Morvelo got my return 5 weeks back, and I haven’t seen my cash yet. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone there. I won’t be purchasing from them again. ☹️

"Struggling to Get My Refund..."

I've been trying to get a refund through the Morvelo site and emails since November 2022, but no luck at all. I followed their return process to the letter, paid for the return shipping, and sent in the order number along with proof of return. Not a single response from Morvelo, except for the initial email with the return form. I feel totally cheated and regret buying from this company or even sending the item back, since it’s obvious they don’t respond and are dishonest. Their phone number listed on the site is disconnected too. Seriously, steer clear of this place, just like others have said. It's really frustrating!

PROBLEM FINALLY SORTED - it wasn’t a walk in the park, but for anyone else dealing with the same issue, just keep pushing for that refund. I won’t be purchasing from Morvelo again.

UPDATE: After sharing my experience here, guess what happened? Yep, suddenly they’ve promised me a refund in 3-5 days… Customers shouldn’t have to go through this hassle!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - even if you send items back through their courier (Evri), don’t expect to see your money again. Save yourself the trouble and don’t end up like me, wasting time and cash.

"Returned £69.98 worth of items using..."
I sent back £69.98 worth of items with the prepaid return label from Morvelo (Evri), but Evri lost it and hasn’t been helpful since I’m not their customer—Morvelo is. The company, specifically my contact Luis, basically told me it’s my problem to find a suitable courier??!! But it was their courier! I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they’re no help at all. This is terrible service, and I feel totally ripped off. Now, I’m going for a credit card chargeback and also contacting trading standards.

Seriously, don’t buy from these thieves unless you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to return anything.

Update - In the last month, I’ve been told twice that they’ll refund me, and it should take 3-5 working days, but still no refund. This is beyond poor service, and I’m starting to think this is some kind of fraudulent trading with a pattern of never refunding returns. If I ever DO get my money back (other than through a forced credit card chargeback), I’ll update this with the details.

"My Experience with Morvelo Has Changed..."
I used to be a big fan of Morvelo - their clothing was top-notch and fit well. Sadly, after a really bad experience, I won’t be shopping there again. I got several t-shirts and a pair of bib shorts, but the sizes were all over the place on the tees, and the bibs had holes in them. I sent everything back, but it’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t seen a refund, even though they promised one. Now, I’m in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card. I can’t help but wonder if Morvelo is struggling financially because their customer service and refund process are just terrible. It’s a real bummer because I used to think highly of them!

Update 2 November 2022

Morvelo got back to me saying they’d process the refund if I canceled the card dispute. I went ahead and did that, but still no refund has come through, so I’ve reopened the dispute. The service has been just awful, and I’m still waiting on my money! I’d seriously advise against shopping with Morvelo if you’re looking for even a hint of decent customer service.

"Morvelo Clothes Used to Be Great, But Not Anymore"
I used to really dig Morvelo gear, but man, my last couple of orders have been a letdown. The last time, I had to send something back because the stitching was terrible, and getting my refund took forever. I had to keep following up. This time around, the two T-shirts I ordered felt super cheap and the fit was just awful. One of them was a style I already owned and loved, so I thought I’d grab another, but what a bummer! I sent it back, and once again, the return process was a hassle. Getting a return label was a nightmare, so I ended up mailing it myself. After weeks of sending messages and chasing them down, I finally got my refund. I’m done with them; I’ll take my business somewhere else. They clearly don’t care anymore.

Added 4/11/2022: I replied to their email, and guess what? Nothing. No reply, no acknowledgment, nada. You’ve really messed up, Morvelo.

"The return process is a nightmare"
If you decide to purchase from Morvelo, just be sure you won't need to return it, even if it's defective, because this company makes you go through a ton of hassle to send something back. Trust me, I won't be shopping with you folks again, not ever.

"Terrible Return Process"
After placing an order for four items, Morvelo chose to send them in two separate shipments. They claimed to offer free returns, but I had to follow up for a return label and clarify why it should be complimentary. I sent all four items back in one package, and as of now, I've only received a partial refund. It's been four weeks, and I'm still waiting. Their customer service is only available online and is courteous, but honestly, they’re a bit of a hassle to work with. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had since 2001.

"Save your cash! Customer support is a nightmare"
I ordered a pair of MTB shorts in XL, but they sent me XXL instead. The customer service team seems to ignore my messages, as I keep getting the same generic replies that don’t really help. I’ve asked for a replacement in the right size, but three times now, they’ve just told me that once the returns department processes it in 14 days, I’ll get a refund. I’m not looking for a refund; I just want my XL shorts! This is definitely my last order with Morvelo.

Morvelo sent me a replacement, but guess what? It’s XXL again! The saga just keeps going!

16-Sep update: -
After three tries, I still got the wrong size, so I had no option but to accept a refund.

"Awesome customer support experience"
I needed to set up a return for some shorts I bought on sale in two different sizes. Taylor, the person I chatted with on the website support, was super helpful and quick. The return got handled in just a few minutes. Nice job, Morvelo!

"Hard to reach and unhelpful customer service"
I ordered and paid for a sweatshirt on May 11, and here we are on June 9 with nothing in hand. Trying to get in touch with Morvelo is a hassle (only through messages in my account), and there’s no phone number to call. Their replies are pretty vague and evasive, and I can't get anyone to talk to me or give me a clue about when my sweatshirt might show up.

"My initial purchase - smooth experience - awesome quality"
This was my first time shopping here, though I've been eyeing their stuff for a bit. The designs are cool, but I decided to kick things off with a basic pair of socks to check out how their ordering and delivery worked. Everything went smoothly, and the socks are top-notch in quality and fit. Up next, I’m thinking about grabbing one of those FUSE jackets, especially since they’ve got a £50 discount right now! :)
